This training is designed to help us better understand how trauma affects the mind, body, and spirit. We will explore the neuroscience behind trauma and how experiences of stress and pain can shape the way people respond, relate, and heal.
Through this learning, we will gain practical tools to offer compassionate, informed care to others, especially those walking through difficult seasons. At the same time, this training will also help us care for ourselves, recognizing the importance of setting healthy boundaries, managing emotional impact, and serving from a place of wholeness.
Trauma-Informed Care invites us to become more attentive, patient, and grounded caregivers, creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported.
