Job Summary:
Bethany is looking for a Spirit-led, high-energy leader who loves kids and loves Jesus to grow our Kids ministry. We have strong family-based ministries at Bethany, and our Kids’ Ministry is an important piece of how we minister to families in our church and surrounding community. We are seeking that special person who can relate to kids and communicate clearly with parents.
This position will be responsible for developing and executing our kids’ programs, supervising kids ministry staff, and leading volunteers in ministry to kids. Our Kids’ Ministry Director is an influential leader within our staff and church and will work closely with Student and Adult Ministries in a collaborative ministry environment. Our pastors, lay leaders and congregation are fully committed to our Kids ministry, with resources, budget, and staffing. We are looking for the candidate God is calling to lead this important ministry.
Assistant Director of Student Ministries

Job Summary:
This is a full time position responsible for assisting in all aspects of Student Ministry at Bethany United Methodist Church for students in grades 6-12. Our purpose is to help students cultivate a relationship with Christ. We strive for students to love one another, grow in faith and reach others for Christ. You will work with the Director of Student Ministry to implement ministry to youth.
Nursery Worker - ADULT

Job Summary:
NOTE: We are currently in need of adult workers for evenings & Sunday mornings. This position is responsible for providing excellent care for the children and parents of Bethany. Duties include implementing nursery policies and procedures and fostering quality communication with children and parents, as well as nursery and church staff.
