Called and Equipped by Karen Wheeler (a Bethany member) was born of a need that was inspired by long, frustrating, and harried days as a teacher navigating the rough seas of public school while trying to maintain some semblance of a faithful Christian in practice. This Bible study offers a unique look at the teacher's workplace, allowing you to transfer new insights into your own work situation. Wheeler takes a journey through the Bible, a walk with Biblical characters who were often called into harrowing circumstances but were supported and equipped by God each step of the way. The lessons they learned are teachable moments for us. Through humor and insight, these lessons can still call and equip us in workplaces today.
