Advanced Cooking Camp A, Jul 6-9: HERE

AGES: Rising 2nd grade and above*

COST:

• $180 per Camper (rising 2nd-5th graders)
• $120 for Leader in Training (rising 7th or 8th graders)

Class size is limited, so register early to get a spot!

This class will includes a student budget for the Menu Planning Project, which will also be the Parents Lunch on Thursday. Class will heavily focus on sauces - how to make them and what to serve with them. We will continue work on knife skills and baking including pie dough and breads. We will do a team menu project that includes planning, budgeting and prep of a meal of their choice.

Adult volunteers needed!  For each day you can volunteer, receive a $10 discount (up to $40 total). Volunteers must complete safety and kitchen training.

*Kids should be mature enough to use a knife and oven with adult supervision.
