We are excited to announce Young at Heart 2026, a special one-day event for senior adults, caregivers, and anyone walking through the beautiful and complex journey of aging. Come spend a meaningful day with us, filled with community, practical wisdom, and encouragement.

Our opening and closing sessions will be led by Missy Buchanan, an internationally recognized voice on faith and aging. Breakout sessions will cover essential topics, including senior housing options, wills and estate planning, driving safety for seniors, understanding Medicare, adult learning programs at UT Austin, and practical advice for memory loss.
