Courses for Caregivers
Caregiver-U courses are free to participants in Travis, Williamson, Hays and Bastrop counties. Bethany's own Rev. Dave Lutz is a trained Caregiver-U facilitator and co-facilitates the courses in our area.
We periodically offer the following courses:
- Savvy Caregiver: This course is designed to help those who have loved ones with dementia, particularly Alzheimer’s disease.
- Powerful Tools for Caregivers: If you are a caregiver, this course focuses on you and your health, and helping you to develop self-care tools.
