Leadership Recommendation and Church-wide Vote
On August 21, 2023, Bethany's Administrative Board approved (105 votes for; 36 votes against) a recommendation to hold a church conference to vote on disaffiliation from the UMC with the intent to become semi-independent, connecting with the Methodist Collegiate Church (MCC).
