 Middle School & High School Mission Trip

June 2-6, 2019

Registration deadline March 31st 

This Mission Trip will be in the coastal community of Palacios, Texas.  While there participants will have the opportunity to work with Senior Citizens, paint, help with the food pantry, and support the local community in other ways.

Middle School/Sibling Packet

JC Packet

only approved students may register as a JC and must use a link provided by Jose

The cost of the trip: $350;  $100 nonrefundable deposit required at registration.  Save $50 for registration and deposit by March 31st (and all forms submitted by May 15)

Students (6th-12th grade):  Cost $300 early bird rate until April 1

  • $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of registration
  • $100 2nd payment due February 28
  • $100 3rd payment due May 15 (all forms are due on May 15 - failure to submit forms by May 15 will result in $50 administrative fee)

Adults (ages 25 & up):  Cost  - $150

  • $75 deposit
  • $75 2nd payment due May 15

All adults attending mush have Safe Gatherings certification.  Click here for instructions


Siblings- students who are in 3rd-5th grade may only attend if a parent is attending AND if approved by Kris Cutler

  • $150       total cost for siblings ages 10 and younger
  • $300      total cost for siblings age 11 (not completed 6th grade)

  1. Leadership Trained 
  2. Contact Jose Suarez about being a Mission trip JC
  3. Be selected by trip coordinator as a JC. A separate registration link will be sent to you by Jose Suarez
  4. JC cost - $250
    1. $100 non-refundable deposit due with registration 
    2. $75 second payment due March 31
    3. $75 final payment due May 15
