Bethany Choir Choral Scholar Program

Choral Scholars enhance the Traditional worshipping community of Bethany United Methodist Church. The Bethany Choir sings a wide variety of standard church choral music and hymnody. Choral Scholars are expected to lead the sections and provide a firm foundation for our volunteer singers. Each Choral Scholar will be paid monthly based on actual attendance. The program is open to professional musicians in the Greater Austin Metro area; undergraduate music students; and auditioned high school students. Additional stipends will be paid for Choral Scholars who might be available to direct the Bethany Choir on rare occasions.
