||Facilities & Events Coordinator, Director of Operations & Church support staff, Bethany School Directors, ministry event coordinators and all facilities users.
||Beginning salary is commensurate with experience
Applicant must pass criminal background check
Provide day-to-day routine maintenance for all Bethany facilities and equipment. Diagnose problems, repairing those appropriate and calling on contractors for repairs where applicable. This maintenance includes the buildings, parking lots and grounds as well as HVAC, plumbing, kitchen and grounds equipment and vehicles. Perform modification & repair projects. This is accomplished through hands on work as well as through selected vendors. Receive direction, support and prioritization of activities from the Operations Director.
